“ I just discovered Ellianos on my last trip to Gainesville! I have been to multiple coffee shops, and this is the best yet! My favorite is the Caramel Freezer (I'm a sucker for anything caramel lol) ”

I think I had the coffee cooler for the high espresso option and I want to say it was with oat milk. This was months ago so I’m not sure, what I am sure of though, is that when on the road again in the area I’m doubling back, for sure!! “ Update. It's been about 4 months since my last trip to Ellianos. And they get 5 stars this time. Everything was perfect, the staff hadn't opened yet, and I felt rude waiting until 6am but I really wanted to give them a shot. They didn't disappoint. Opened on time, and the girl was super sweet and in a good mood. I told her about my experience with the last bagel and she made sure it was covered in cream cheese. And my drink was perfect. Also, the last 2 times I reviewed this location they promptly reached out to me and offered to make it right. Great business. I will be back. ”
